In the past month I read almost 4 books - an interesting blend of stories about a family of Congo who immigrates in the USA, a dystopian story where children have Artificial Friends, about colorism and what it's like to be Black and pass as white. To many more months as prolific as this one in terms of learning about the world!

We live in strange times, so discussing about the strangest books I've ever read seems to fit in the picture 🙂 The 10 books I selected are strange from different point of views - from weird-freaky books to strange-but-interesting books.
I do not usually read series and I like to experiment reading new authors, so there are not many chances to read many books by the same writer. However, there are some exceptions, as you'll see in this post.

After reading "Never Let Me Go" by Kazuo Ishiguro, a book that became one of my favourites, I knew I have to read more books by the same author. So I randomly picked up "The Remains of the Day" from a lovely bookstore in Cambridge ... and it did not disappoint!
